Rescheduled Lesson Request

Reschedule Policy

Rescheduled lessons are subject to availability and instructor approval.

  • Requests made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled lesson:
    $20 reschedule fee
  • Requests made between 24 and 47 hours in advance:
    $30 reschedule fee
  • Requests made less than 24 hours in advance will not be accepted.

You’re welcome to choose any available instructor for your rescheduled lesson — you are not limited to your regular teacher.

To request a reschedule, first check the open time slots for any instructor you’d like to work with. Once you’ve found a time that works, return to this page and click the “Request a Reschedule” button below to complete the form.

The KAM Team will review your request. If it is approved, the reschedule fee will be charged to the payment method on file and you’ll receive confirmation by text or email.
