Knoxville Academy of Music hosts monthly student workshops and dynamic community events throughout the year. Student workshops extend learning beyond private lessons, while public events such as jam nights, trivia nights, and karaoke create meaningful opportunities for connection, confidence, and shared musical experience. These programs are intentionally designed to strengthen creativity, collaboration, and performance skills while building a vibrant musical community in Knoxville.
Craft Studio is a hands-on design workshop where students create projects they can take home and use. The current project series focuses on custom T-shirt design, guiding students from concept to finished product.

The 3D Printing Lab allows students to design and produce their own 3D printed creations. Participants learn the basics of digital modeling and see their ideas turn into physical objects through guided instruction.

Our community events are open to students, families, and anyone in Knoxville who enjoys music. All ages and skill levels are welcome.
Bring your instrument and come hang out. Our Jam Session is a relaxed evening of live music held in our lobby with a small, supportive audience. All ages and skill levels are welcome. There is no cost to attend.
Some months it is Karaoke Night. Other months it is Music Trivia and Game Night. Step up to the mic, test your music knowledge, or bring friends and come hang out. These nights are upbeat, interactive, and open to all ages. There is no cost to participate.
